First, open up Netflix on your computer and sign in. Then, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select “Account.”
Next, scroll down to “Membership & Billing” and click on “Netflix will continue to bill you…”
Under “End Membership & Billing,” click on “Cancel Membership.”
Netflix will ask you why you’re cancelling. You can either select a reason or write in your own.
Finally, click on “Cancel Membership” and you’re all set!
