How do I change my shipping on Curology?
To change your shipping on Curology, head to your shipment page and from there, you can choose to manage your next scheduled shipment.
Once a shipment processes (your invoice runs and it enters our formulation queue), its shipping date cannot be altered. Please note that your subscription will not pause indefinitely!
Is Curology easy to cancel?
Curology makes it easy to cancel your subscription – you can do it via their website or by emailing their support team. There’s no need to cancel in person or via a written letter.
Can you cancel a Curology shipment?
If you need to adjust your shipments or cancel your account, please do so at least 2 business days before a new shipment is due. This will give our team time to make the necessary changes. Keep in mind that once a shipment has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled.
Does Curology automatically charge you every month?
At Curology, we have a subscription-based business model. This means that our customers sign up for a recurring shipment of our products at a frequency of their choice (Every 1, 2, or 3 months). Each shipment bills by shipment.
The minimum commitment is $39.90 per 2 months + free shipping and tax when applicable. If a shipping date is adjusted, the associated billing date will also be adjusted. We’ll automatically charge your payment information on file when your shipment processes.
Will I get my money back if I cancel Curology?
Yes, if you cancel your subscription within the first 90 days and request a refund, you will receive a full refund. If you are a returning patient signing up for our service again, you are not eligible for a refund.

You can do this at any time on or before the 90th day after you have completed your treatment plan, including the day the consultation is completed. If you are a returning patient who has signed up for our service again, you are not eligible for a refund.
Does Curology give refunds?
If you’re not satisfied with Curology within the first 90 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of all money paid towards your subscription plan.
This includes the one-month trial and the following two months’ worth of products, as well as any shipping and handling charges. There are a few exceptions to this rule, so be sure to check with customer service before requesting a refund.
Can I return Curology shipment?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your purchase! Unfortunately, Curology does not accept or process returns or exchanges. This means that we do not accept any returned bottles, cleansers or moisturizers in exchange for a refund. We understand that this may be disappointing, but we hope that you’ll give our products another try!
