If you have an Amazon Household, you can see the order history for every person in your household on the Orders page. To do this,
- Go to Your Account and then select Orders.

Can Amazon Household Members See Each Other’s Order History?
Yes, Amazon Household members can see each other’s order history. To view someone else’s order history, go to their profile and select ‘Orders’. You can then view their recent orders, as well as filter by time period and delivery status.
How Far Back Does the Order History Go?
The order history goes back to the date of the first order placed. You can view your own complete order history by going to Your Orders.
If you are an Amazon Household member, you can also view someone else’s order history by going to their profile and selecting ‘Orders’.
Can You Filter Order History By Date/Time Period?
Yes, you can filter order history by date/time period. To do this, go to Your Orders and select the ‘Date’ drop-down menu.
Here, you can choose to view your orders from the past 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. You can also view your orders from a specific date range.
How Do I View My Order History?
To view your own order history, go to Your Orders. If you are an Amazon Household member, you can also view someone else’s order history by going to their profile and selecting ‘Orders’.
How Do I Delete Items From My Order History?
You cannot delete items from your order history. However, you can archive items from your order history. To do this, go to Your Orders and select the item you want to archive. Then, select ‘Archive Order’ from the options menu.
How Do I Change My Order History Settings?
To change your order history settings, go to Your Orders and select ‘Preferences’. Here, you can choose how many orders you want to display in your order history, and whether or not you want to receive email notifications about new orders.
Why Can’t I See My Full Order History?
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to see your full order history:
- You have not placed any orders yet.
- Your account is less than 30 days old.
- You have deleted items from your order history.
